Overflights

On granting permissions for overflight or landing by foreign state aircrafts in the territory of Montenegro

Foreign DCRO or Ministry of Foreign Affairs submits the diplomatic clearance request for foreign state aircraft overflight or landing in the territory of Montenegro to the Sector for Consular Affairs and Diaspora, Stanka Dragojevića 2, 81000 Podgorica, through diplomatic channels 5 working days prior to the scheduled flight, and by filling in the appropriate request.

The requests related to the transfer of military equipment, arms and dual-use goods must be also submitted at least 5 working days prior to the scheduled flight, in order to obtain appropriate clearances from competent authorities in due time.
