What is eDMS - paperless administration?

eDMS - paperless administration is a modern system for electronic management and archiving of documents.

Over 680 thousand cases and over a million documents have been registered through the eDMS system for electronic management and archiving of documents since 2011.

eDMS contributes to increasing the efficiency in resolving cases and conducting business processes, reducing costs and improving service levels. Also, this system provides support for further development of e-government, reduces and eliminates the consumption of paper and waste and thus contributes to environmental protection and raising environmental awareness in public administration.

In this way, the efficiency of institutions increases, because employees do not have to search for documents by registrars and waste time searching for information and documents on network file servers, but access the same information from their computers from different organizational units or locations.

How to find out about the status of your case?

In order to inform you faster and easier about the status of your cases submitted to the Government and ministries, within this system, the Origami application was created and the information system was upgraded. In this way, communication between the public administration and citizens was established via e-mail or SMS.

Through this application, we have enabled you to quickly and easily monitor the status of your case without the need to re-visit the archive office of the Government or ministries.

How to activate the service?

The activation of this service is very simple. If you want to use the portal and receive notifications about the status of your cases, it is necessary to leave the necessary data (phone number, e-mail address) in the archive office of the ministry. The archive will assign you a username and password with which you will log in to the portal (https://www.edms.gov.me/EdmsPortal).

After entering your username and password, you have the option to edit your profile yourself: change your phone number or e-mail and choose whether to use e-mail and / or SMS service.
