The director of the Real Estate Administration Marko Bulatović MSc. with his colleagues attended the closing event of the SPATIAL II project, which was carried out in cooperation with the Dutch Cadastre and with the support of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of the Netherlands.

The SPATIAL II project had a numerous benefits,such as familiarization with modern trends and new technologies that are in use in the countries of the region, as well as the exchange of experience, knowledge and best practices in areas of interest to the Real Estate Administration and the State of Montenegro.

During the two-day conference, representatives of the Real Estate Administration held two presentations - about the current situation and future plans of the Real Estate Administration, as well as the need of the Real Estate Administration for more intensive cooperation both at the regional level and wider.

The conference was attended by the ambassador of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, then representatives of the World Bank, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, with whom discussions were held about the inclusion of the Real Estate Administration in future international projects, as well as representatives of the cadastral cartographic institutions of Sweden, Serbia, Macedonia, Kosovo, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Albania and Republic of Srpska.
