TRADUKI is a European network for literature and books based in Berlin, which includes Albania, Austria, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Montenegro, Croatia, Kosovo, Liechtenstein, the Republic of North Macedonia, Germany, Romania, Slovenia, Serbia and the Swiss Confederation. Given the fact that the Framework Agreement expired on 31 December 2020, it is necessary to sign a new one for the next three years (2021-2023), in order for Montenegrin writers, translators and publishers to continue to have access to this European network. The annual fund available to TRADUKI amounts to EUR 620,000, and is distributed to selected participants of thematically published competitions for translation, participation in cooperation and mobility programmes within member countries, as well as presentations and promotions at regional and European book fairs and other literary events.
