Press release from the teleconference Cabinet session: Parliament to decide on disposal of state property

The Montenegrin Cabinet, at a teleconference session held today (28 March), adopted a decision to amend the Government's Conclusion No. 11-011/25-1038/2, dated 24 March 2025, concerning the Proposal for the basis for negotiations and the conclusion of the Agreement on cooperation in the field of tourism and real estate development between the Government of Montenegro and the Government of the United Arab Emirates, along with the Proposal for the Agreement.

During today’s session, the Cabinet tasked the Secretariat-General of the Government to forward the agreements signed under the relevant Agreement, pertaining to the disposal of state property, to the Montenegrin Parliament for confirmation.

As a reminder, on 24 March, the Cabinet adopted a conclusion determining the Basis for negotiations and the conclusion of the Agreement on cooperation in the field of tourism and real estate development between the Government of Montenegro and the Government of the United Arab Emirates, and accepted the Cooperation Agreement, which Prime Minister Milojko Spajić will sign during his visit to Abu Dhabi.
