Acting Director of the Real Estate Administration Marko Bulatović MSc met with the Mayor Municipality of Herceg Novi Stevan Katić and his associates. They had a working meeting where they discussed the possibilities of improving cooperation, and solving current problems of importance for the implementation of important projects on the territory of Municipality of Herceg Novi.

The Mayor of Municipality of Herceg Novi Stevan Katic emphasized the successful cooperation with the regional Unit of Herceg Novi that they had as well as the necessity of quality cooperation continuation with the Real Estate Administration, pointing out the importance of urgent resolution of cases, because the resolution of property-legal relations in cases is a precondition for the implementation of projects of exceptional importance for the citizens of Herceg Novi.

"The Municipality of Herceg Novi is known as a municipality with a rich cultural heritage and as such is a very attractive destination for investors. Up to date cadastral data can support investments and business development in the municipality, providing transparency and security to investors. Also, updating records on real estate ownership right processes such as buying, selling, and inheriting real estate," said Acting Director of the Real Estate Administration Marko Bulatović, MSc.

The meeting was attended by Mirjana Radusinović, Head of the regional unit of the Real Estate Administration in Herceg Novi.
