Recognition of foreign educational certificates

Documents requested for recognition
For educational certificates issued in Serbia, Bosnia and Hercegovina and Croatia
- Request
- Three certified copies of Diploma or Certificate of Graduation
- Certificate of Passed Exams (Transcript of Records) or Diploma Supplement
- Payment receipt to the amount of EUR 100,00 number of bank account: 832-3161080-65,
- Recipient: Ministry of Education and Sports (Administrative Stamp Duty)
- Purpose of payment: recognition of foreign educational certificates
For educational certificates issued in other countries
- Request
- Three translations of Diploma or Certificate of Graduation certified by a court interpreter
- Translation of Certificate of Passed Exams (Transcript of Records) or Diploma Supplement certified by a court interpreter
- Copy of Diploma original
- Copy of original Certificate of Passed Exams (Transcript of Records) or Diploma Supplement
- Payment receipt to the amount of EUR 100,00 number of bank account: 832-3161080-65,
- Recipient: Ministry of Education and Sports (Administrative Stamp Duty)
- Purpose of payment: recognition of foreign educational certificates
- Documents are submitted each working day from 10 a.m – 1 p.m.

- Educational certificates issued in the Republic of Serbia until January 25, 2008 are not subject of the recognition procedure.
