Regional Arbitration Conference

The regional conference titled “Strengthening Legal Security for Investment Arrival and Development” will take place on 21 March in Podgorica, organised by The AIRE Centre and the Ministry of Justice of Montenegro, with the support of the British Embassy in Podgorica.

This is one of the most significant regional events on arbitration, bringing together numerous distinguished experts from the fields of law, economics, and international relations.

Among the distinguished speakers will be Nik Gjeloshaj, Deputy Prime Minister of Montenegro, Bojan Božović, Minister of Justice of Montenegro, Biljana Braithwaite, Programme Director for the Western Balkans at The AIRE Centre, Johann Sattler, Ambassador of European Union to Montenegro, Sarah Pilbeam, Deputy Head of Mission at the British Embassy Podgorica.

The first part of the conference (until 11:00 a.m.) will be open to the media.
