THEMATIC COURSE ON SERVICES ASPECTS OF ELECTRONIC COMMERCE

12 – 15 November 2024

The WTO Secretariat is organizing a Thematic Course on Services aspects of Electronic Commerce (in English) from 12 - 15 November 2024, in Geneva. The Course is a "Level 3" specialized training activity implemented within the WTO progressive learning framework. The course aims to provide an extended training for trade officials engaged in negotiations on e-commerce and trade in services. Members may nominate two or three officials.

Only civil servants who satisfy the requirements stipulated in the invitation letter will be considered in the selection process by the WTO Secretariat.

The application process consists of the following steps:

1. Interested candidates need to complete and submit the online application form, which is available at: https://wto.formstack.com/forms/thematic_course_on_services_aspects_of_electronic_commerce_12_15_november_2024, with a note that in addition to the form, it is necessary to submit other supporting documents through the online system.

2. Interested candidates (civil servants of Montenegro) who meet the requirements outlined in the invitation letter, and after completing the online application, they should also send the application with accompanying documents (CV and a copy of passport) to the Ministry of Economic Development. These should be send to the following e-mail addresses: aida.salagic@mek.gov.me i nikoleta.milutinovic@mek.gov.me, no later than 26 August 2024.  and that at the latest, by 30 August 2024. the documentation would be submitted through official diplomatic channels.
