Visa regime

Citizens of Montenegro need a visa to enter the Republic of Cuba.

The application for a tourist visa is made through the website: https://evisacuba.cu/en/inicio.

Everything is done online, there is no need to come to the embassy, it is paid through the bill and call the number on that website. When the visa is approved, the traveler receives a numerical code in his e-mail, which is finally entered into the form from the Dviajeros https://www.dviajeros.mitrans.gob.cu/inicio website; at least seven days before the trip.

If the Cuban Consulate in Belgrade is selected in the drop-down menu, it is noted that the Cuban Consulate in Belgrade can process visas only if the person or agency who submitted the application is located and paid from an account in Serbia.
