Citizens of Montenegro must have a visa to enter Mozambique (issued at the airport/ border crossing and lasts for 30 days). For consular work, you can contact the Embassy of Mozambique in Paris or Rome.

Diplomatic Relations Overview
The Government of the Republic of Mozambique officially recognized Montenegro on the 17th of November 2009, and the diplomatic relations between our two countries were established on the 27th of May 2010.
