Visa regime
Montenegrin citizens must possess a visa to enter Sudan. Through the link https://eservice.passport.gov.sd/aliens/home you can get an entry permit number or directly at the Sudanese Embassy in Bucharest. The rest of the documentation consists of: copies of the obtained entry permit, completed application form, photo, hotel reservation and paid fee in the amount of 400 RON (80€).
Diplomatic Relations
The Government of the Republic of the Sudan officially recognized Montenegro on the 20th of July 2006, and the diplomatic relations were established on the 31st of October that same year.
