Visa regime

Nationals of Andorra may may enter, pass through the territory of and stay in Montenegro for up to 90 days, with valid travel document, without a visa.

Nationals of Andorra may may enter, pass through the territory of and stay in Montenegro for up to 30, without visa, with a valid Identity Card issued by the competent authority of Andorra.

Diplomatic Relations

The Principality of Andorra recognized Montenegro on June 16, 2006. Diplomatic relations were established on July 28, 2006.

Ambassador of Montenegro in the Prinicpality of Andorra, based in Paris, is Ivan Ivanišević.

Andorra diplomatically covers Montenegro from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Principality of Andorra in Andorra de la Vella.
