Visa regime

Nationals of Belgium may enter, pass through the territory of and stay in Montenegro up to 90 days, with a valid travel document, without a visa.

Nationals of Belgium may enter, pass through the territory of and stay in Montenegro up to 30 days, without a visa, with a valid identity card issued by the competent authority of Belgium.

Diplomatic relations

The Kingdom of Belgium recognized the independence of Montenegro on 23 June, 2006. Diplomatic relations were established on 25 July 2006.

Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Montenegro to the Kingdom of Belgium, resident in Brussels, is Mr. Ivan Leković.
