Visa regime
Nationals of the Republic of Estonia may enter, cross the territory and stay in Montenegro up to 90 days without visa, with valid travel document.
Nationals of the Republic of Estonia may enter, cross the territory and stay in Montenegro up to 30 days without visa, with valid Identity Card isued by relevant authority of the Republic of Estonia.
Diplomatic Relations
The Republic of Estonia recognized Montenegro on 12th of June 2006, while diplomatic relations were established on 13th of June 2006, making the Republic of Estonia the first country with which Montenegro established diplomatic relations after regaining independence.
The Embassy of Montenegro in the Republic of Poland, based in Warsaw, is in charge for diplomatic relations with the Republic of Estonia.
