Trainings on New Topics within the Education Programme for Acquiring Key Skills in Human Resources Management Held

Protection and wellness at work were the topics of a one-day training organized for the participants of the 2nd round of the Education Programme for acquiring key skills in the area of human resources management. The training was held at the premises of the Podgorica Municipal Assembly on 11 April 2019.
President of the Administrative Court of Montenegro, Branka Lakočević, introduced the legal basis of the health protection system and wellness at work, surveillance in this area, manner of work and work processes, as well as the rights and obligations of employees.
Eija Poutanen, an expert in the Twinning Project 'Support to Human Resources Management in the Montenegrin public sector', funded by the European Union (EU), explained terminology in the field of protection at work, managing protection, risk assessment and the importance of conducting regulations in this field. In addition, she introduced the term 'wellness at work', as well as the factors that affect positive and negative work environment and their impact on an organization's business performance.
These topics were introduced in the Education Program at the beginning of 2019, which means the participants of the 1st round of the Program, organized in autumn 2018, will have a chance to attend it on Friday, 12 April 2019.
In recent period, the experts engaged in the Twinning Project recognized the topics related to the protection of health and wellness at workplace as ones that will significantly contribute to the Education programme for acquiring key skills in human resources management, whereas the related trainings are going to be organized by the Finnish experts and national trainers as well.
