The Action Plan between the Human Resources Management Authority and the Agency of Administration in the Republic of North Macedonia signed yesterday

The Action Plan for the implementation of the Cooperation Agreement between the Human Resources Management Authority (HRMA) and the Agency of Administration in the Republic of North Macedonia was signed on 11 April 2019.
The cooperation between the Human Resources Management Authority and the Agency of Administration of the Republic of North Macedonia, being the legal successor of the Macedonian Civil Servants Agency (CSA), officially started back in 2007 when the Cooperation Agreement was signed between HRMA and CSA, on the basis of which these two institutions established closer cooperation within the civil service system.
The delegation of the Agency of Administration of the Republic of North Macedonia consisted of Mr Spase Gligorov, the head of the Agency, Mr Milanco Usprcov, the secretary general, Ms Izabela Mladenova – Cvetkovska, the manager of the Recruitment Sector and Ms Neda Danilovska, the advisor in charge for coordination. H.E. Ambassador of North Macedonia to Montenegro, Mr Mihajlo Trposki also visited the Human Resources Management Authority.
The Action Plan was signed by the Director of Human Resources Management Authority, Ms Svetlana Vuković and Director of the Agency of Administration, Mr Spase Gligorov.
The main goal of this document is that each member organization of the Action Plan boosts bilateral cooperation under its own responsibilities, in order to further develop and strengthen the institutions' capacities, improve the civil service system, promote the process of depoliticization and rule of law, as well as the professionalization of staff in state administration in the context of the EU integration.
The cooperation between the two institutions will contribute to sharing experience in the public administration reform and best practices in the field of human resources management, all with the aim of providing administrative support in the EU accession process, as the strategic goal of both countries.
