EPALE National Conference 'Flexible Methods of Adult Learning and Human Resources Development'

The Centre for Vocational Training delivered the EPALE National Conference 'Flexible Methods of Adult Learning and Human Resources Development' in Kolašin on 15-16 April 2019.

The participants of the Conference were discussing the following issues: methods of adult learning in Montenegro, significance of modularisation of learning programs for the development of adult learning system, flexibility of the learning program in relation to the market trends, challenges that licenced organizers of adult education face with, the procedure of getting licence as an organizer of adult education programs and standards and procedures for becoming a trainer in programs for adult education.

Jadranka Đurković, Deputy Director of the Human Resources Management Authority (HRMA), took part in the Conference and spoke about the flexibility of the program for professional training and development of civil servants and state employees.

Sonja Vojinović, Chief Officer of the Department for Analysis, Planning and Development of Professional Training and Development in HRMA, who was also involved in the work of the Working Group for drawing up standards and procedures for trainers in the adult education programs, attended the Conference as well.
