Accredited Educational Program for Developing Key Competencies of an Integrity Manager

The Educational Program for Developing Key Competencies of an Integrity Manager was accredited at the 8th session of the National Council of Education on 29 March 2019, and the Program itself was drafted by the Human Resources Management Authority, HRMA, and the Agency for Prevention of Corruption, APC.
The main goal of the Program is to develop skills for performing affairs of an integrity manager so that the state bodies can improve their performance and prevent any case of corruption.
Integrity managers will have the opportunity to bolster their knowledge in the area of integrity, solve ethical dilemmas while performing their duties and tasks, recognize the unlawful behaviour, conduct the Code of Ethics, lobbying, analysis on risks of corruption, implementation of anti-corruption regulations and whistle blower protection.
