Two-day training on the topic 'EU Family Law' completed

The Human Resources Management Authority, HRMA, continued with the implementation of the activities concerning the Training Programe for Judicial and Prosecutorial Administration. The activities were organized with the support of the Luxemboug-based EIPA's European Center for Judges and Lawyers, and it also included the employees of the Judicial Council and Prosecutorial Council.

 

On this occasion, the two-day training on the topic 'EU Family Law' was organized and participants from Montenegro showed great interest to attend it.

It was based on the presentations that include key issues with practical examples, interactive discussion and active involvement of the participants.

The trainers were Ms Roberta Ribeiro Oertel, the expert of the European Center for Judges and Lawyers (Luxembourg) and local expert, Ms Mirjana Popović, a judge in the High Court in Podgorica.
