Scholarships for the Master of European Legal Studies - MELS 2019-2021

The Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs of Luxembourg offers fours scholarships for Montenegrin nationals, to follow a Master program in European Legals Studies (MELS) in the period of 2019-21.
