ANNOUNCEMENT: CONFERENCE „PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION IN THE PROCESS OF DIGITALIZATION: CHALLENGES AND PERSPECTIVES“, CETINJE, 1-2 JULY 2019, “GRAND“ HOTEL

The Human Resources Management Authority in cooperation with the Ministry of Public Administration organizes
a two-day conference on the topic “Public administration in the process of digitalization: challenges and
perspectives”, which is going to be held in Cetinje on 1-2 July 2019 at 10.30 a.m.

Ms Suzana Pribilović, Minister of Public Administration, and Ms Svetlana Vuković, Director of the Human
Resources Management Authority, will deliver the introductory speeches.

The Conference will present citizens-oriented digital government, challenges in the development of e-services,
and there will be two panel discussions on digitalization of in-office day-to-day business and e-government
oriented towards industry. In addition, the Conference will tackle the process of digitalization in Serbia’s public
administration, e-services in the tax system of Montenegro, as well as the information security as the main
condition for digitalization of public administration.

This event is just one of the several more activities that are going to be implemented when it comes to the
awareness-raising of senior management staff about the importance and benefits of e-government and e-
services. Moreover, there will be trainings organized on this topic in the second half of 2019.
