Practice for final-year students in state bodies and local self-government bodies

The public administration optimization plan 2018-2020 envisages the obligation of the Human Resources Management Authority to define a model for engaging students to go into practice in state administration. In this regard, the Government of Montenegro, under the Conclusion no 07-3389 of 1 August 2019, required the HRMA to announce the public call for all the students willing to apply for going into practice in state bodies and local self-government bodies until 1 October 2019.

This four-month practice will be organized for final-year students, i.e. from 1 November 2019 to 1 March 2020.

The Human Resources Management Authority sent a memo to all state bodies and local self-government bodies to say whether they are interested in engaging final-year students in their bodies. State bodies, if interested in this program, should inform the HRMA about the number of students they want to engage and field of education they prefer.

After that, the HRMA will publish the public call for all final-year students willing to get into this four-month practice in Montenegro's state bodies and local self-government bodies in dailies and on its web site.
