Training Seminar “Negotiation Skills in EU Integration Context“

The Human Resources Management Authority, HRMA, alongside the French National School of Administration, ENA, organizes the training seminar “Negotiation Skills in EU integration context”, which is going to be held on 2-3 December 2019 at 8:30 local time, at the premises of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Montenegro.

The training will tackle the importance of the negotiation process as well as the technicalities of the negotiation process and skills. The trainers will be Mrs Caroline Vinot, Diplomat, Head of Division, South Asia, European External Action Service, Chair of the Working Parties of the Council of the EU for Eastern Europe, Central Asia (COEST) and Council of Europe and OSCE (COSCE) and Mr Emmanuel BERARD, Diplomat, Former Deputy Head of Balkan Europe Mission, French Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs.

 
The main target group of the training seminar are employees of the European Integration Office, as well as representatives of the ministries.
