Presentation of Questionnaire on Job Satisfaction in Public Administration

An online presentation of a questionnaire on job satisfaction in public administration, which is to be launched in four institutions – the Ministry of Public Administration, Digital Society and Media, the Human Recourses Management Authority, the Parliament of Montenegro and the Municipality of Kolašin – was presented earlier today.

The questionnaire outcomes will contribute to drawing conclusions about further projects related to the motivation and satisfaction of employees.

In her introductory speech, Deputy Director of HRMA, Jadranka Đurković, pointed out the significance of this project, cooperation with SIGMA, as well as the workshop which aimed to present experiences of the EU member states (Finland, Belgium, Luxembourg, Estonia and Latvia) that have been implementing this kind of research for a while.

Mira Vlahović, independent advisor in the Sector for Human Resources Training and Development, presented the previous project activities and the questionnaire itself, touching on the content and challenges while its preparation. Prof. Dr Vesna Karadžić, engaged by SIGMA, talked about the analysis of obtained information and its functionality.

In the end, the attendees exchanged their opinion on challenges that lie ahead in relation to the implementation of the questionnaire.
