Students of Faculty of Administrative and European Studies Visited Human Resources Management Authority
Students of the Faculty of Administrative and European Studies, FDES, visited today the Human Resources Management Authority, HRMA. Acting Director of HRMA, Jovana Nisavic, welcomed the students and Dean of the faculty, professor Djordjije Blazic.
The several-hour presentation started with the quote “Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world”. The students were presented responsibilities and the scope of work of HRMA. Deputy directors and chief officers, alongside their colleagues, presented affairs that fall under their competencies, so the students were able to learn more about the selection procedure, recruitment as well as the human resources planning.
The fact that they are about to learn more in a different way after the completion of studies became clear after being presented activities of the Sector for Training and Human Resource Development, which ensures strengthening of knowledge and skills needed for work in state administration.
The students were presented the Central Personnel Records, the functions and possibilities it provides.
They learned about work of the two newly-established teams: The International Cooperation Team and the Communication and Promotion Team.
The FDES students voiced satisfaction and pointed out to the significance of such visits in the process of learning and development.
