Certificate Awarding Ceremony Following Completion of Strategic Planning Educational Program

On 28 July 2021, the Human Resources Management Authority, HRMA, organized the certificate awarding ceremony following the completion of the Strategic Planning Educational Program for attendees of the third generation of this Program.

The certificates were handed over by Jadranka Đurković, Deputy Director of HRMA and Almedina Vukić Martinović, Acting Assistant Secretary-General of the Government of Montenegro for Coordination of Strategies.
This is the first accredited and systemic educational program in the field of strategic planning in Montenegro, carried out jointly by HRMA and the Secretariat-General of the Government. The aim of the Program is setting up a unique approach in planning, the development of public policies and development of capacities of civil servants who take part in the strategic planning process, focusing on the successful implementation of a new legal framework for strategic planning.

 The program strives to ensure adequate and concrete knowledge and skills of civil servants for drawing up strategic documents, which would contribute to the improvement of efficacy of public administration in a transparent, responsible and sustainable way.

The Program has been attended by 103 public servants since 2018.
