In accordance with the Law on Financing Political Subjects and Election Campaigns (''Official Gazette of Montenegro'' No. 52/14 and 76/15), the National Security Agency makes public seven-day analytical cards.
Pursuant to Article 32, paragraph 3 of the Law on Financing Political Subjects and Election Campaigns (''Official Gazette of Montenegro'' No. 52/14 and 76/15), it is stipulated that all authorities, local self-government bodies, local government bodies, public companies, public institutions, state funds, and commercial companies, whose founder and/or majority founder or partial owner is the State or a self-government unit, are obliged to post weekly, on their Internet website, all issued travel orders for using company cars, starting from the day of scheduling elections up to its holding.
Taking into account the fact that travel orders of the National Security Agency contain data designated as classified (names of employees, names of the organizational units, place of realization of competences, license plates of company cars), those data cannot be published.
