PM Marković congratulates citizens on New Year

On behalf of the Government and on his own behalf, Prime Minister of Montenegro Duško Marković congratulated the citizens of our country on New Year.

"In the following year, we have created a reliable support to welcome the forthcoming year with optimism, ready to make the economic and social development in the future a good thing that every individual will feel. In addition to the success on the foreign policy plan, which was crowned with Montenegro's membership in NATO, the year behind us was marked by the dedicated work of the Government to strengthen internal solidarity with respect to the fundamental values of Montenegrin society," the Prime Minister said in a New Year's greeting.

Expressing the conviction that political differences are becoming less of an obstacle, and that today it already overrides the awareness to live and create together, the Prime Minister expressed the desire to jointly dedicate ourselves to further overall progress.

"On behalf of the Government of Montenegro and on behalf on my own, I congratulate you on the New Year, and I wish you a good health, personal and family happiness," the Prime Minister Duško Marković said.
