Deputy Prime Minister for Political System, Judiciary, and Anti-Corruption Momo Koprivica held a meeting with Director of the Regional School of Public Administration (ReSPA) Maja Handjiska Trendafilova.
The meeting highlighted the critical role of regional cooperation in strengthening public administration capacities and applying best practices in reforms and transparency.
Deputy Prime Minister Koprivica emphasised the Montenegrin Government's commitment to advancing reform processes with the support of ReSPA, which plays a pivotal role in facilitating the exchange of knowledge and experiences among Western Balkan countries.
The Government of Montenegro aims to develop effective anti-corruption mechanisms, focusing on priority areas outlined in the Anti-Corruption Strategy. These include reinforcing legal and ethical integrity, eliminating conflicts of interest, and establishing an organisational structure that ensures the executive branch operates in line with high standards.
ReSPA will provide expert support to Montenegro in these efforts. ReSPA Director Handjiska Trendafilova congratulated Montenegro on its achievements in the reform process.
The discussion was constructive, with a shared commitment to further improving public administration.
