National Coordination Body: Hospitality and service industry work from 07:00 to 18:00, ban on leaving residential building from 19:00 to 05:00

The National Coordination Body for Communicable Diseases decided today, at a session chaired by its President Dr. Kenan Hrapović, to shorten the working hours of hospitality and service industry by two hours and to extend the period of ban on leaving residential building by two hours also.
Due to the extremely complex epidemiological situation, the National Coordination Body, at the suggestion of the Public Health Institute of Montenegro, decided to shorten the working hours of hospitality and service industry from the current 07:00 - 20:00 to 07:00 - 18:00, and extend the application of the measure prohibiting leaving the residential building from the current 21:00 - 05:00 to 19:00 - 05:00 the next day. The measures will be applied from Wednesday, 25 November 2020 at 00:00 through 8 December, until when the application of the measures adopted on 13 November is extended.
Considering the epidemiological situation on the one hand and the economic situation on the other, the National Coordination Body for Communicable Diseases has again adopted well-balanced measures with the aim of affecting citizens, the economy and entrepreneurs as little as possible, and to give the expected result.
The National Coordination Body urges citizens to fully respect all measures as this is the only way to stop the spread of coronavirus.
Considering the health situation, the National Coordination Body assessed that our health system, thanks to good planning, timely activities and expertise and sacrifice of health workers, is still able to resist the pandemic, despite the worrying degree of infection. The National Coordination Body also reviewed the huge workload of primary health care employees and initiated a process aimed at relieving the primary health sector.
