* In accordance with the Law on Higher Education, institutions that have accredited Specialist study programs until the day of entry into force of the Law on Amendments to the Law on Higher Education („Official Gazette of Montenegro“, No. 42/17), may enroll students in Specialist studies until the study year 2021/2022.
Students who are enrolled in Specialist studies have the right to complete their studies according to the study program that was valid at the time of enrollment, according to the Law which was in force at the time of enrollment, and no later than the end of the 2023/2024 academic year.
