European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) call for consulting services

The Ministry of Finance and Social Welfare, Directorate for Finance and Contracting of the EU Assistance Funds (CFCU), has signed contract "Improvement of Entrepreneurship through advanced advisory support and information services” with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD). The project will be implemented in cooperation with the Ministry of Economic Development. The contract was signed with the financial support of the European Union as part of the Instrument for Pre-Accession Assistance IPA II 2014-2020.

Opportunity #1:

For a consultancy firm to implement a three-year project aimed at building capacity of the Ministry of Economic Development to better serve development of SMEs in Montenegro.
The total budget for this procurement opportunity is €426,154

For a consultancy firm to develop and establish a Small and Medium Size Enterprises Single Access Point (SME SAP) web portal within the Ministry of Economic Development of Montenegro. The SME SAP web portal will serve as a business information platform for SMEs.
