Abazović and Adžić meet Deputy Chairman of BiH Council of Ministers
Prime Minister Dritan Abazović hosted Zukan Helez, Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers and Minister of Defence of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The officials agreed that the two countries share foreign policy priorities in terms of regional cooperation and EU integration.
We are supporting regional stability and resolution of open regional issues, believing that their closure will make room for topics such as economy, investment, and tourism, Prime Minister Abazović stressed, adding that Montenegro and Bosnia and Herzegovina are two friendly states.
Mr. Helez thanked Montenegro for its full support to BiH's European and Euro-Atlantic integration. During the meeting, Helez proposed improving cooperation in the field of defence and security and the possibility of using Military Training Grounds of BiH by Montenegrin soldiers.
Minister of the Interior and Coordinator of the Ministry of Defence Filip Adžić expressed satisfaction with the visit of the delegation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, stressing the importance of regional stability and fostering good cooperation in the Western Balkans. Adžić congratulated Bosnia and Herzegovina on achievements made on its European path, adding that they can count on Montenegro's support and that the two countries are pursuing the same goal.
