Abazović congratulates Borjana Krišto on her appointment

Prime Minister Dritan Abazović congratulated Borjana Krišto on her appointment as Chairperson of the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

I believe that relations between Montenegro and Bosnia and Herzegovina will continue to serve as an example of good-neighbourly and open cooperation and that through joint efforts we will further improve our relations in areas of mutual interest, said Prime Minister Abazović.

In this context, Prime Minister Abazović singled out the project of reconstruction of the Foča - Šćepan Polje road and the implementation of the Agreement on the construction of an interstate bridge over the Tara River, which the two delegations signed in July last year.

By improving road infrastructure, we create conditions for economic prosperity and better connectivity between our countries and citizens, PM Abazović said and used the opportunity to congratulate Bosnia and Herzegovina on being granted the EU candidate status. I am sure that we share the view that the European perspective of our region has no alternative and that in the coming period our two countries will successfully fulfill all the necessary criteria and achieve the main foreign policy goal, Abazović concluded.
