Abazović in Davos: Government is interested in cooperation with Open Society Foundations

Prime Minister Dritan Abazović met today with Deputy Chair of the Open Society Foundations Alexander Soros on the sidelines of the World Economic Forum in Davos.

Prime Minister Abazović and Alexander Soros discussed regional cooperation in the Western Balkans and the Foundation's support in many projects aimed at reforming and achieving European standards in our society.

The Government of Montenegro is interested in cooperation with the Open Society Foundations and Alexander Soros in order to improve the living standard of our citizens by launching projects in the field of education development, with emphasis on the youngest ones, said PM Abazović.

The Prime Minister pointed out that similar successful projects are being implemented in some countries in the region.

Guided by the best practices, we want to provide young people with opportunities to acquire education and training abroad, said PM Abazović.
