Certificate from Criminal Records

The certificate from criminal records is issued by the body responsible for maintaining criminal records of legal and natural persons - the Ministry of Justice of Montenegro, Directorate for Criminal and Misdemeanor Records, at the request of the party, submitted through the DC.

Along with the completed application for consular services, the request must include the application form of the Ministry of Justice for providing data from the criminal record for individuals. It is understood that the identity of the individual must be verified and a copy of some personal document must be provided along with the request.
