DPM Aleksić meets with British Ambassador Dawn McKen

Deputy Prime Minister for Education, Science, and Relations with Religious Communities Budimir Aleksić met today with the British Ambassador to Montenegro Dawn McKen.

In a highly constructive discussion, Deputy Prime Minister Aleksić highlighted the importance of Montenegro's cooperation with the United Kingdom across all fields, particularly emphasising collaboration in education, science, and culture. He noted that the United Kingdom serves as a model in many areas, especially in education and science, and stressed the need to deepen cooperation in these sectors. Additionally, he pointed out the importance of connections in the fields of economics, finance, and tourism.

Ambassador McKen emphasised the significance of the areas covered by Deputy Prime Minister Aleksić for the future of Montenegro and its society. She mentioned plans to enhance cooperation in the future and underscored that education is the foundation of society, requiring ongoing improvement. Ambassador McKen also stated that she, along with the British Council, will work to share positive experiences with Montenegro in the fields of education and science.
