DPM Aleksić meets with representatives of the Jewish Community of Montenegro

Deputy Prime Minister for Science, Education, and Relations with Religious Communities Budimir Aleksić held a meeting today with a delegation from the Jewish Community of Montenegro. The delegation included Montenegro's Chief Rabbi Luciano Moše Prelević, President of the Jewish Community Nina Ofner Bokan, and Project Coordinator Ivana Mitrović.

The discussions focused on improving the position of the Jewish Community in Montenegro, with particular attention to the challenges the community faces in its daily operations and activities. During the highly constructive conversation, special emphasis was placed on identifying ways to overcome these issues. The significant contribution of the Jewish Community of Montenegro to the overall interfaith dialogue in the country was also highlighted.
