DPM Filip Ivanović attends the "Gavro Vuković Week" event in Berane

Deputy Prime Minister for Foreign and European Affairs Filip Ivanović participated in the "Gavro Vuković Week" event at the invitation of the Berane Cultural Center. Speaking from the house of Vuković himself, Ivanović reflected on the political and diplomatic legacy of the esteemed foreign minister of the Principality of Montenegro.

Today, when we remember Gavro Vuković, we do not only look back at his contributions in a historical context. His dedication, dignity, and courage serve as inspiration and a guiding light for future generations, especially for those embarking on the path of diplomacy and public service, Ivanović stated.

The Deputy Prime Minister emphasised that Vuković’s life and work remind us that diplomacy requires vision, courage, and a steadfast commitment to the principles of peace, respect, and sovereignty.
