The Government of Montenegro and the Ministry of Public Administration, Digital Society and Media are committed to the digital transformation and development of e-government.

The application of information technologies, e-government and open data are the basis for improving the work of public administration, further modernization and transparency of work, as well as increasing the efficiency and quality of services provided by the administration.

Currently, several activities are taking place in order to consolidate all electronic systems and provide quality and fast service for citizens and the economy.

The Ministry of Public Administration, Digital Society and Media coordinates the development of eGovernment and continuously implements activities in cooperation with state administration bodies so that citizens and the economy can complete as many jobs as possible electronically. In the previous period, we worked on the development of numerous electronic services.

Finish electronically on the eGovernment portal 

The portal www.euprava.me has been developed as a kind of electronic counter of the state administration for individuals and legal entities, as well as within the administrative bodies themselves, because through this service you can quickly, easily and efficiently exercise your rights and obligations.

The goal is, instead of at the counter, to fulfill your needs for information and documents from anywhere via the Internet, i.e. through the eGovernment portal.

The portal provides presentation of information and public services according to the level of access. The information and services on the portal are grouped according to life areas and follow all the important ones (education, business, issuing documents, etc.) and the economy (business and work, documents, finance, etc.) and administrative bodies (access to registers, various ways of education, etc.).

Currently, the eGovernment portal provides 504 services under the jurisdiction of 50 institutions, of which 155 are electronic and 349 information services.

The portal allows you to provide services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, on weekends and during religious and national holidays. What distinguishes eGovernment from "ordinary administration" is the ability to access information and get the service quickly, anytime, from anywhere. 

Finish Electronically - eGovernment for Citizens 

A good and functional public administration is always citizen-oriented, easily accessible and provides you with quality services and support at any time. It is obliged to, at your request, provide its services efficiently and effectively, providing you with maximum savings of money and time. Through the eGovernment portal, you have the opportunity to submit 200 services in the field of education, health, sports, business, etc.

In this way, in addition to the traditional provision of services, the process of submitting an application via electronic application has been facilitated. If you are a registered user on the eGovernment portal, in addition to filling in the electronic application form, you also enclose all the necessary documentation in order to successfully submit the application.

How to register?

On the front page of the portal www.euprava.me you can register in a few clicks in the section " My login ". The option to select the registration of the profile "If you do not have an account, please register" opens.

After filling out the registration form, you will receive an e-mail with an activation link through which you activate your account. 

Submit a Request for an Excerpt from Criminal / Misdemeanor Records

Through the eGovernment portal, as a natural person, you have the option of submitting a Request for an Excerpt from Criminal / Misdemeanor Records electronically, via a link.

The request is submitted electronically, and the arrival is only required to pick up the decision issued by this body.

If you are a businessman and need to submit a request for submission of data from misdemeanor and criminal records to the Ministry of Justice, Human and Minority Rights, you can do so electronically via the link. We note that the Ministry of Justice, Human and Minority Rights enables the submission of requests by users from the countries of the former SFRY via the Internet, and sends the official response by mail to the address outside Montenegro that the user reported.

The eGovernment portal enables electronic transactions between government and legal entities, reduces bureaucracy, simplifies procedures and thus helps entrepreneurs to be more competitive.

Electronic services have become a necessity in the functioning of modern public administration. That is why the eGovernment portal is an important point of access to state administration bodies, especially by businessmen, where it is possible to provide various types of electronic services offered by state and local institutions.

The eGovernment portal currently provides 336 eServices for legal entities in the field of business, finance, urbanism, etc.

Apply for co-funding of various research

If you are a researcher and researcher in Montenegro, through the eGovernment portal you have the opportunity to submit requests for co-financing of various research projects organized by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Science and Sports. The competitions were published in the Education category, at the link. The complete application process for all contents of the annual tender for scientific research has been digitized, which means that you will not be burdened with bureaucracy, paperwork and waiting. 

Report corruption

You can report corruption to the Customs Administration, as well as to the Police Administration, via the eGovernment portal, via the link.

Agriculture

Some of the services that you, as legal entities, can realize through the eGovernment portal in the field of agriculture: Request for reimbursement of the cost of wine quality control, Request for entry in the register of olive growers, as well as Request for entry in the register of olive oil producers.

eLicense

On the eGovernment portal, within the special eLicense module, you can also access eLicense services for the purpose of transparently informing the interested parties about all administrative procedures for obtaining and renewing business licenses, the necessary forms, with the possibility of electronically applying for business licenses.

In addition to basic information on licenses, you can download the application form and / or apply electronically via the eGovernment portal. Currently, 302 eLicenses have been published on the eGovernment portal within the eLicense system, of which 20 with the possibility of electronic submission of applications.

Within this module, you can electronically apply for a license to renew the audit, a license to perform representation before the customs authorities, permission to access the classified information, and a request for a license to support a child in proceedings related to family relations, etc.

Information services

As a legal entity, through the eGovernment portal, you also have the opportunity to receive information on a large number of services of information character with the possibility of downloading the original form. Some of these are within the competence of the Montenegro Tax Administration: Submission of application for registration of removal of a business unit, Submission of application for registration of change of data in business units, Registration of removal of entrepreneurial activity, Registration of establishment of business unit, Registration of change of data in the form of performing entrepreneurial activity.
