The signing of the Agreement to establish the Western Balkans Cyber Capacity Centre (WB3C) by President of the Republic of Slovenia Nataša Pirc Musar, France’s Secretary of State for European Affairs Laurence Boone, and the Prime Minister of Montenegro on the sidelines of the Berlin Process Leaders' Summit in Tirana is a confirmation of the trust of European partners and support for the further development of the system to combat hybrid threats in the region. This was concluded during the meeting between Prime Minister Dritan Abazović and Ambassador of the Republic of Slovenia Bernarda Gradišnik.

Prime Minister Abazović expressed gratitude to the governments of Slovenia and France for their support of Montenegro hosting this important regional centre. He emphasised that its establishment carries greater significance considering the current global security threats.

Ambassador Bernarda Gradišnik highlighted the excellent relations between the two countries, especially in the field of defence, and expressed Slovenia's readiness to support Montenegro in achieving its obligations within the European agenda in various areas of mutual interest.

Ambassador Gradišnik extended special thanks to the Government of Montenegro for the successful evacuation of Slovenian citizens from Israel.

The two officials exchanged views on current topics and expressed readiness to collaborate more closely in promoting ecological values and e-services. The Prime Minister announced the introduction of 13 new electronic services for citizens in early 2024.
