Meeting with experts from the Venice Commission

Minister of Public Administration Marash Dukaj, along with his associates, held an online meeting with experts from the Venice Commission regarding the Draft Law on the Government.

Minister Dukaj described the meeting as excellent and noted that the experts from the Venice Commission did not raise significant objections that would significantly impact the structure of the Draft Law. Furthermore, Minister Dukaj mentioned that he had received an invitation during the meeting to attend the regular session of the Venice Commission on 6 and 7 October.

He expressed his commitment to organising another public debate in cooperation with the Association of Lawyers of Montenegro, which would include representatives from the academic community, civil society, and other interested parties.

Minister Dukaj assured everyone of the strong dedication of the Ministry of Public Administration to this goal.
