Opening of the First Phase of Pljevlja - Metaljka Regional Road

Prime Minister Dritan Abazović will officially open the reconstructed regional road Pljevlja-Metaljka. The ribbon-cutting ceremony is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. The event will be attended by Dario Vraneš, President of the Municipality of Pljevlja, and Radomir Vuksanović, Director of the Transport Administration, who will also take part in cutting the ribbon.

The regional road, stretching 15km from Pljevlja to the border with Bosnia and Herzegovina, has undergone significant improvements, with a total investment of 12,097,955 euros.

Furthermore, at 11:00 a.m., as part of the agenda, the Prime Minister and President of the Municipality of Mojkovac Vesko Delić will inspect the ongoing works at the Sokolovina site: https://maps.app.goo.gl/XvBr9KmrC2duhxrX9

The Transport Administration completed the project for the rehabilitation of the Sokolovina site in 2019.

The completion deadline for the works is set at one year, with a contracted value of 10,581,141.17 euros.

This infrastructure development demonstrates the Government's commitment to improving transportation links and safety within the region.
