Spajić: The Montenegrin dream can finally begin

As of today, the portal for expressing interest in the “Velje Brdo” project is live, posted Prime Minister Milojko Spajić on X.

The Prime Minister invited citizens to express their interest in participating in the project through the web platform https://veljebrdo.gov.me.

The “Velje Brdo” project is an initiative aimed at providing housing to citizens under favourable conditions. Currently, individuals can register their interest in apartments with sizes of 60m² and 100m².

As previously announced, the price per square meter will be approximately 1,000 euros. For instance, a 100m² apartment with a 30-year repayment period (without a down payment) will cost about 390 euros per month, while a 60m² apartment will require a monthly payment of around 290 euros.

The first apartments are expected to be completed by the end of 2026.
