Support to the Establishment of the EIONET Monitoring and Reporting System for Montenegro
Capital Project Administration intends to award a service contract with the purpose to enable Ministry of Tourism, Ecology, Sustainable Development and Northern Region Development and the Environmental Protection Agency for the Establishment of the EIONET Monitoring and Reporting System in order to contribute to fulfil the requirements under the Chapter 27 of the EU Acquis for Montenegro. Furthermore, the contract shall provide technical assistance for institutional – administrative capacity building for monitoring and reporting on environmental issue in Montenegro with financial assistance from the Annual Action Programme for the year 2021.
