Agriculture Minister Ivanović hosts the Prince of Wales at Government House in Cetinje

PR Service Cetinje, Montenegro (18 March 2016) -- The Prince of Wales and the Duchess of Cornwall were guests at the Festival of Cultural Heritage, which took place at the Government House in Cetinje. The festival aims to present Montenegrin products and traditional specialties, but also its music, art and culture.

The Prince of Wales and Duchess of Cornwell, accompanied by Montenegro’s Minister of Agriculture Petar Ivanović, as well as Minister of Tourism and Sustainable Development Branimir Gvozdenović and Mayor of Cetinje Aleksandar Bogdanović, visited the exhibition of the Montenegrin food and beverages, as well as folk handicrafts. Minister Ivanovic presented the products of 16 agricultural producers the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development has chosen for this occasion. The Prince of Wales and Duchess of Cornwall tasted traditional Montenegrin food, such as ham, cheese, honey, wine, olives and olive oil, followed by various types of fruit brandies, cornelian and specialties made of these products. They were also introduced to the potentials of the Montenegrin agriculture, namely the high-quality products Montenegro is recognisable for.

The Prince of Wales and the Duchess of Cornwall visited the Festival of Cultural Heritage at the Government House in Cetinje as part of their visit to Montenegro on 18 March 2016.
