Deputy Prime Minister Aleksa Bečić opened the annual awards ceremony honoring the most successful managers and entrepreneurs. Organised by the Association of Montenegrin Managers, the event saw Bečić presenting awards to the top entrepreneurs.
In his opening address, DPM Bečić expressed his honor to inaugurate the prestigious business awards ceremony. He extended sincere congratulations on promoting the most successful leaders for eight consecutive years and wished them continued success.
Emphasising the importance of teamwork, Bečić highlighted its essence in achieving successful outcomes in various spheres, including business, sports, and politics. He stressed that success is not solely defined by money, power, or size but rather by the quality of leadership and teamwork.
Bečić expressed confidence that the recognition bestowed upon the recipients would serve as an encouragement for further contributions to the development of Montenegro's economy and the enhancement of its overall social environment.
Furthermore, he affirmed the Government of Montenegro's readiness for close collaboration with the business sector to improve the country's economic climate, particularly through legislative reforms, support for digitization, promotion of gender equality, and empowerment of women's leadership.
Regarding the ongoing battle against organised crime and corruption, Mr. Bečić underscored the necessity of fostering a healthy value system and genuine patriotism. He reiterated the importance of strong institutions for the country's future, emphasising that public goods belong to everyone and must be safeguarded for future generations.
Concluding his address, Mr. Bečić urged all to strive for excellence and work towards building a better future. He called for dedication to the construction of an economically robust and stable society, with aspirations for Montenegro's accession to the European Union by 2028.
