Director of the Real Estate Administration meets with Ambassador of Ukraine Oleh Herasymenko

Director of the Real Estate Administration, Marko Bulatović, MSc, met with Ambassador of Ukraine to Montenegro, Oleh Herasymenko, to discuss the intensification of cooperation in the coming period.

"Cooperation with the director of the Real Estate Administration, Marko Bulatović MSc., represents a bright example in the work of institutions in Montenegro. Mr. Bulatović has chosen a strategic path to strengthen the institution he manages, and I hope that in the coming period you will have even more such professionals at the head of the most important institutions in Montenegro," said Ambassador of Ukraine Oleh Herasymenko.

The director of the Real Estate Administration thanked the Ambassador of Ukraine for his support and stated that Montenegro, and therefore the Real Estate Administration, is a friend of Ukraine, which is committed to the Euro-Atlantic path.

During the meeting, they discussed the initiated activities in the area of competence of the Real Estate Administration related to digitalization of work, e-counter as well as very important upcoming amendments to the Law on State Survey and Real Estate Cadastre. Ambassador Oleh Herasymenko pointed out that he had read the interview of the director of the Real Estate Administration in the daily newspaper "Pobjeda" regarding the digitization of work in cadastral offices and that he appreciated the work on public administration reform and the promotion of digital services.

The Ambassador of Ukraine thanked for the hospitality and invited the director of the Real Estate Administration to visit the Embassy of Ukraine in order to continue and strengthen cooperation in the coming period.
