In the premises of the Real Estate Administration, Director Marko Bulatović MSc, held a meeting with Ms. Sallie Payne Snell - Secretary General and Executive Director and Ms. Patricia Sokacova - Membership and Communications Manager of EuroGeographics.

During the first part of the meeting, the Director and State Survey and Cartography Sector Deputy Director, Mrs. Dragana Đurišić, welcomed and introduced colleagues from Brussels to the current projects and activities of the Real Estate Administration, as well as models of cooperation. Colleagues from EuroGeographics thanked the Director for his hospitality, expressing the hope that cooperation will be intensified in the coming period.

The second part of the meeting, which was attended by department heads from the Information System Sector as well as department heads from the State Survey and Cartography Sector of the Real Estate Administration, was devoted to specific issues related to the benefits that the Real Estate Administration is going to have from membership in EuroGeographics. They discussed the technical characteristics and the way to prepare the data sets that would be provided by the Real Estate Administration and be available on the EuroGeographics geoportal.

The meeting ended with an invitation to the Director of the Real Estate Administration to attend the General Assembly of EuroGeographics with his colleagues, which will be held on May 18, 2025 in Riga, since it is an event where representatives of all competent European cartographic and cadastral agencies gather, as well as representatives of other European organizations that have significant influence in the field of geoinformation management.
